Stage 7 Consulting is an independent technology advisory practice specialising in hospitality and the built environment.  We work with clients who recognise that technology is no longer a background utility. The Stage 7 Story

The name Stage 7 is inspired by Stage7 of the Royal Institute of Architecture (RIBA) plan of work - the operational phase of a building's lifecycle.

 

It is the stage where an asset is occupied, operated, maintained and provides true value. It is also where the quality of every earlier decision becomes visible. Technology specified during design, procured during construction and implemented before opening must ultimately perform in operation.

 

It must support the people who use the building, the guests or occupiers who experience it and the owners who depend on it to create value. This is the perspective that defines Stage 7 Consulting.

 

While many consultants focus primarily on design or delivery, our focus extends to the operational life of the asset.

 

We help ensure technology is not simply installed, but is capable of improving performance, supporting operations and creating lasting value.
